NCD Mobile Phone Survey: Sampling design

This is one of several globally standardized protocol used to assess the feasibility, quality, and validity of nationally representative NCD Mobile Phone Surveys. This manual is designed to briefly outline the requirements and guidelines for countries to follow as they develop an appropriate sample design for their implementation of the NCD Mobile Phone Survey:, including survey design objectives; target population and sampling frame; basic survey design specification; overview of the sampling approach; first phase of sampling; second phase of sampling; and determining sample sizes and response rates; computing final sample weights.
